WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RETAINED AND MODIFIED RETAINED SEARCH?
Depending on your risk tolerance, we offer either Retained Search or Modified Retained Search options. Both of which offer a complete, full-service search with a dedicated project team assigned to your search until it is completed.
While Retained Search Solution may be the best solution for a specific role producing the most benefits, results, and desired Candidate Experience, a typical hesitation felt by an employer is that in Retained Search, the full placement fee must be paid, even if the employer client chooses not to make a hire, i.e. puts the position on hold, hires internally or from an internal referral, etc.
Thus, we recognized that there was a huge gap between Retained and Contingency search, so we innovated to address this need. We offer a Modified Retained Search that reduces by 2/3 our employer client’s financial risk, yet still produces a 97% placement rate result! 2.9% clients chose to eliminate position entirely or chose internal candidate, for which no additional fee balances are due. Modified Retained Search may be used for ongoing openings which are urgent in nature but for which a full retained search is not appropriate. Many clients even prefer our Modified Retained Search option to others’ Contingency Search due to the substantial benefits we provide relative to the limited financial commitment.
